It is now time to review the picks for the Verizon Heritage to see how the results turned out.
Here are the results of the Tour Outsider (my) picks.

The top 3 picks did very well, as all of them placed in the top 7. I missed two things: 1) picking the winner (Boo Weekley was the ultimate winner, and Shedloski picked him), and 2) having all 5 of my picks make the cut (had two players miss the cut in O'Hair and Campbell).
Here are the results of the Tour Insider (Dave Shedloski) picks.
- 1 Stewart Cink | 7 | $160,050
- 2 Peter Lonard | 57 | $12,265
- 3 Zach Johnson | 95 MC | $0
- 4 Woody Austin | 23 | $47,575
- 5 Boo Weekley | 1 | $990,000
Here is the comparison between the Tour Outsider and Tour Insider picks.
Tour Outsider | Tour Insider | Winner | |
Total Earnings | $908,050 | $1,209,890 | TI |
Avg Rank | 41.4 | 36.6 | TI |
Made Cut | 3 | 4 | TI |
Outcome | -- | -- | TI |
The Total Earnings category was won by the Tour Insider.
The Tour Insider won the Avg Rank category.
The Made Cut category was won by the Tour Insider.
This tournament overall won by the Tour Insider with a clean sweep of 3 categories.
If I am going to lose, this was a good way to do it. Shedloski picked a winner in Boo, and I had some good picks with 3 of my players in the top 7. This week showed some good competition in regards to picks for the tournament.
The overall results between the Tour Outsider and the Tour Insider year to date is, 11 wins to the Tour Outsider, 4 wins to the Tour Insider, and 3 draws.
The CLi top 15 looked like this (see below).
