RBC Canadian Open Review

It is now time to review the picks for the RBC Canadian Open to see how the results turned out.

Here are the results of the Tour Outsider (my) picks.

  • 1 Anthony Kim | 3 | $295,800
  • 2 Brandt Snedeker | 5 | $186,150
  • 3 Bo Van Pelt | 65 MC (MDF) | $10,251
  • 4 Jerry Kelly | 5 | $186,150
  • 5 Retief Goosen | 2 | $550,800

This week was very good. 4 out of my 5 picks were in the top 5. Goosen missed out in the playoff to win the tournament, leaving him with the 2nd place price. The lone player that was not in the top 5, Van Pelt, placed 65th and was MDF, which is essentially a missed cut in my books.

Here are the results for Paul's picks.

  • 1 Matthew Goggin | 141 MC | $0
  • 2 Mike Weir | 24 | $40,363
  • 3 Matt Bettencourt | 144 WD | $0
  • 4 Aaron Baddeley | 144 WD | $0
  • 5 Steve Marino | 144 WD | $0

Paul had a tough week with 3 of his picks deciding to withdraw.
