Tour Outsider: CA Championship

This week the US PGA Tour moves to the southern tip of Florida and to Puerto Rico to play two tournaments. The first tournament this week for picks is the CA Championship in Miami. [ the picks for the second tournament, the inaugural Puerto Rico Open, will be posted late today ]

Let's look at the Golf CLi and see who the top 15 players are for the tournament ranked by the CLi figure.
