I am running late in my post for the Valero Texas Open...as I am working on my dissertation and also getting several papers finished and submitted this week.  In addition, the figures for the CLi were extremely high which means the CLi might not be a good indicator for who will play well this week, and that I needed to do more thinking about.  So I am published a "stump" post so that you see my picks compared to the Tour Insider's picks (Bolton).
