This week the US PGA Tour goes to the mid-west to play the John Deere Classic
Let's look at the Golf CLi and see who the top 15 players are for the tournament ranked by the CLi figure.

I am going to make my picks easy this week, so am going to go with the top 5 in the CLi rankings.

We have 2 players in common in this tournament: Perry and Clark.
Johnny,
ReplyDeleteGreat picks last week. My picks were not too bad either. Weir let me down, though. I like your picks a lot this week as well. My brother and I will be taking Clark, Pettersson, or Slocum. I also like Perry. But, I am going to have to go with Baddeley as my final pick. Hard to go against a player ranked in the top 25.

Baummer,
ReplyDeleteRe: picks last week --- thanks
Re: your picks last week --- being a UofI grad (did my MBA in Champaign) it was good to see your pick and UofI alum Stricker play well; the only stumble he had was in the final round.
Glad to see you post your picks this week. Not sure if Baddeley will be focused enough to play well this week in the mid-west. If the British Open was not next week, I would think he would play better at Deer Run this week. I just think he is more focused on getting across the pond at the moment being that he is in the top 25 and wants to perform well in the majors.

Baummer, turns out that Badds was a decent pick this week. Am glad to see him focus before the British Open.
ReplyDeleteGL, nice picks. All of your players made the cut, and you picked a winner in Perry. That is always nice to see.
